Invoicing is completed from within a study in CCE, either from the Invoices page or the Financial Activity page. These steps work in conjunction with the Payments workflow after an invoice has been created. Engagement budgets are typically used when there is a different budget for the visit and the elements based upon where the study is being run, which then overrides the study-level amounts. This gives you the ability to set up project-level finances for your visit and elements based on the site. Engagement budgets can be used for multi-site engagements as well as any sponsors or CROs. CCE New Finances allows users to view a full financial transaction history by journaling all activity in real time. It also provides the ability to define fiscal periods. This course is best served for users who are at an intermediate level of CCE finance. Read more
