Clinical Conductor allows staff to be added to the system as either internal or external as not all staff entered in Clinical Conductor will be users of the application. However, for an internal user to have ability to log in, they must be first set up as staff and then activated from the Staff Details.  Read more

Clinical Conductor Enterprise (CCE) has three levels of hierarchy with Enterprise being the highest overarching. CCE can only have one Enterprise. The next level of hierarchy is Organization. CCE can have multiple Organizations. Below the Organizations are Sites.  Read more

This curriculum walks CC users through the basics of building a study in CCE, configuring key dates, adding the site engagements and additional features for set up. Read more

The study shell is the first step in entering the protocol into CCE. Naming the study, reviewing various fields and adding visits are the foundational pieces. Read more

Elements are tasks or procedures that need to be completed within a visit. The elements for a study can be created on an as needed basis or by using the Element Library. Arms are added to show different paths for groups of participants through a study. This could be for different visits or treatments. To access arms, select Study Arms from the Protocol and Notes tab.  Read more

In Clinical Conductor, an Engagement is the link between a study and a site. After the instance has been configured to link to CCS, sites may be added. Each site that has a link to the study becomes an engagement.   Read more
