Sign Up for Advarra University

To sign up for Advarra University, you must receive and accept an invitation. Invitations are sent by managers, or you can request an invitation by emailing training@advarra.com.

Please note that accounts cannot be made with personal email accounts. All Advarra University users must register with their organization email. Accounts made with personal emails will be disabled.

Accept an invitation

You might receive an email invitation from a Manager at your organization or the Advarra Training team. Managers have additional privileges in Advarra University, such as the ability to: 

  • Create new users in Groups they manage. 

  • Enroll users (Learners) into appropriate courses or eLearning modules.

  • Run reports to track Learners’ completion of their assigned courses.

 

1.       Click the link in the invitation email to confirm your new account

NOTE: The confirmation email will come from Advarra University (notifications@learnupon.com). Please be sure to only click links in emails from known senders.

If your Manager says you should have received the email but you don’t see it, check your spam folder.

2.   Upon confirmation of your account, you might be asked to complete your profile if your Manager did not already enter the following required information:

  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Organization (select one)
  • Job Role (free text)
  • Phone number for training support (optional)

3.    Click Save.

You will see your Advarra University dashboard. From here you can navigate to the Store to see a listing of both free training resources and classroom training available for purchase.
