Description

Changes to study budgets, costs, and protocol versions are a common occurrence in clinical trials and sites need to ensure that they are working to the most recent updates. Clinical Conductor Site (CCS) reduces the complexities associated with amendments to budgets, costs, and protocol versions as it allows sites to manage, track, and report any amendments.  In CCS, you can also create visits groups and assign study visits to these groups. This allows you to group logical visits together and base visit windows off a visit group rather than one single visit. This ensures that visit windows are reflected in the most recent protocol version.

Objectives

At the end of this eLearning, you will be able to:

  • Make a budget amendment within a study in CCS.
  • Manage protocol versions within a study.
  • Add and update a new protocol version.
  • Add new visit groups and assign visits to these groups.
  • Use visit groups to set up the correct visit windows for a new protocol version.
