Engagement budgets are typically used when there is a different budget for the visit and the elements based upon where the study is being run, which then overrides the study-level amounts. This gives you the ability to set up project-level finances for your visit and elements based on the site. Engagement budgets can be used for multi-site engagements as well as any sponsors or CROs. This course walks through setting up engagement budgets for multiple sites.
